Shang Kai Steel Co.,Ltd. - SK Steel Lintels

Introduction

Shang Kai Steel Lintes is used to replace conventionl casting of concrets lintels over door openings. Shang Kai light weight lintels are manufactured using steel by galvanized coating type Z275 for anti-corrosion. It complies with the requirements and conforms to BS EN 10142:1991./ASTM-A525/JIS.G3302.

The product offers the following benefits :

Lightweight yet stronger than conventional concrete lintel.
Easy to install into position without heavy lifiting equipment needed.
High quality corrosion protection system i.e, Galvanized to Z275 for internal lintels and Hot-diped galvanized to BS729:1971 for U-Channe Lintels.
Material design for better key to plaster.
Safe working loads are tabulated for reference to the type and design loads for end-users. ( Refer to Prof Engineer and Setsco Load Reports).
Eliminates the need to cast concrete and saves time resulting in more speedy construction of walls.
